EZ2Share lets you transfer your own files between your own devices using one-time pairing/share codes. It is not a content library, search engine, or web browser.
You agree not to use EZ2Share to transfer, store, or distribute: (a) material you do not own or have permission to share; (b) malware or harmful code; (c) illegal content; or (d) anything that violates a third party's rights. You are solely responsible for the files you transfer. We may disable codes or accounts that violate these terms (see our Copyright/DMCA Policy).
EZ2Share offers a free tier (which may include sponsored messages) and an optional paid Pro plan. Pro is purchased and managed on the ez2share.com website; the apps simply unlock Pro features for your account. Billing terms, renewals, and refunds for Pro are presented at the point of purchase on the website.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every transfer will succeed or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ2Share is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
