EZ2Share ("we", "us") is a wireless file-transfer utility that lets you send files from your phone or computer to your TV. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We designed EZ2Share to collect as little as possible.

We do not collect contacts, precise location, microphone, camera, or advertising profiles. The app is not directed to children.
Strictly to operate the service: pair devices, deliver transfers, show your history, prevent abuse, and (if you subscribe) manage your Pro plan. We do not sell your data.
We share data only with service providers who run the product on our behalf: our hosting/edge provider (Cloudflare) and, for Pro subscriptions, a payment processor. They act as processors under contract. We may disclose data if required by law or to respond to a valid abuse/DMCA notice.
The free TV app may show clearly labeled sponsored messages served from our own server based on a remote configuration. These are static promotional content and do not build a behavioral profile of you. The TV app does not use Google AdSense, AdMob, or any third-party ad-network SDK.
On our websites (ez2share.com and the ez2tv.app send page) we may show ads through Google AdSense, a third-party ad network. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, which may be based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Pro removes ads.
All connections between the app and our servers use HTTPS/TLS. Pairing codes are short-lived and rate-limited.
Transfer history lives on your device and can be cleared in Settings. Server-side pairing/transfer records are transient and auto-expire, and transferred files are automatically deleted from our edge storage within 24 hours. To request deletion of any data associated with your device ID or Pro account, contact us (below).
