EZ2Share is a private file-transfer tool: users send their own files between their own devices using one-time codes. We do not host a public library, index, or catalog of content, and we do not provide a web browser or access to third-party sites. Files pass through only to complete a user-initiated transfer and are not retained or made publicly searchable.
We respect intellectual property rights and prohibit use of EZ2Share to transfer or distribute material you do not have the right to share. Accounts and codes used for infringement or abuse will be disabled.
If you believe a transfer code or piece of content made available through EZ2Share infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at abuse@ez2share.com including:
On a valid notice we will promptly disable the identified code/transfer. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy and will terminate accounts that repeatedly misuse the service.
If your code was disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to abuse@ez2share.com with the same contact details, identification of the disabled item, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake.
Designated agent: set a monitored mailbox (e.g. abuse@ez2share.com) before publishing.
